1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words have specific meanings:

• "Platform" / "Site" — the website at creatorstruth.com and all pages, features, and sub-domains belonging to it.
• "We", "Us", "Our" — Creator's Truth, the operator of this Platform.
• "You", "User" — any individual accessing the Platform, whether as a visitor, registered account holder, or paying customer.
• "Account" — a registered profile created by a User that grants access to purchased products and services.
• "Digital Products" — downloadable or streamed digital files sold through the Platform, including Video Vaults (B-roll packs) and Canva templates.
• "Growth Services" — the Auto Growth subscription plans and Credibility Seeding one-time orders sold through the Platform.
• "Subscription" — a recurring billing arrangement for ongoing Growth Services, renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
• "Content" — all text, images, video, code, and other material published on the Platform by Us.
• "Order" — a completed purchase transaction by a User for any Product or Service.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies linked herein.

2 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, creating an Account, or completing a purchase — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform and make purchases. By using the Platform you represent that you are 18 or older.

3 Our Services

Creator's Truth offers the following products and services:

3.1 Asset Vault (Digital Products)

A library of professional digital content including cinematic B-roll video packs and Canva design templates. Upon purchase, you receive a permanent licence to access and use the files for personal and commercial content creation within the scope defined in Section 9.

3.2 AI Video Studio

An automated tool that generates short-form video content based on your inputs. Videos are rendered by our system and delivered to your Account dashboard. Processing times vary based on server load.

3.3 Auto Growth Subscriptions

A recurring monthly service providing automated social media engagement (followers, likes, views) to your designated social media profile(s). This is a managed service — we handle the delivery; you provide your profile URL and preferred settings.

3.4 Credibility Seeding

One-time orders for social proof dispatch (likes, views, followers) to a specific piece of content or profile. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment and delivered gradually over a period of up to 7 days depending on order volume.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected subscribers.

4 Accounts & Eligibility

4.1 Registration

You must create an Account to purchase and access our products and services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account with others or transfer your Account to any third party. Notify us immediately at support@creatorstruth.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that the Account holder has violated this Agreement, is engaged in fraud, or is misusing the Platform in any way. Where possible, we will give advance notice.

5 Payments & Billing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time; changes will not affect Orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Bankful. We do not store raw payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. By submitting a payment, you authorise us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

5.3 Recurring Billing (Subscriptions)

We will send a reminder email before each renewal charge. If a renewal charge fails, we will retry up to three times before suspending the subscription. You will be notified by email in the event of a failed payment.

5.4 Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is declined or reversed, access to the related service may be suspended immediately. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we resolve legitimate disputes quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and recovery action.

5.5 Currency & Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. If your local laws require us to collect and remit taxes, we will do so. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs, or local taxes that may apply.

6 Delivery of Products & Services

If you experience a delivery issue, contact us at support@creatorstruth.com or via the Support Portal. Non-delivery due to our error qualifies for a full refund or re-dispatch as described in Section 7.

7 Refund Policy

Our full Refund Policy is available at creatorstruth.com/refund-policy. The key provisions are summarised below.

7.1 Digital Products (Asset Vault, Templates)

Due to the immediately accessible nature of digital files, all sales are final once access has been granted. We do not issue refunds simply because you changed your mind or did not use the product.

Exceptions — refunds are available when:

• You completed payment but were not granted access within 24 hours (non-delivery).
• The product is materially different from its description and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
• You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

7.2 Auto Growth Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable for any billing cycle already in progress. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. If a service failure occurs due to our error, we will issue a service credit or pro-rated refund for the affected period.

7.3 Credibility Seeding

Orders are non-refundable once dispatched. If an order fails to initiate within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund or re-dispatch at your choice.

7.4 Requesting a Refund

Email support@creatorstruth.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Order #]" or submit a request through our Support Portal. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

8 Subscription Cancellations

8.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel an Auto Growth subscription through any of the following channels:

• Account Dashboard: Log in → My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel.
• Email: Send a cancellation request to support@creatorstruth.com.
• Support Portal: Submit a cancellation request at creatorstruth.com/support-portal.

We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.

8.2 Effect of Cancellation

By default, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed. You may request immediate cancellation with a pro-rated refund for unused days — contact us to discuss this option.

8.3 Extended Cancellation Rights

Users who are persons with a disability, senior citizens (65+), or new immigrants (within 5 years of immigration) are entitled by law to an extended cancellation window of 4 months from the date of the original transaction. Please identify yourself when contacting us and your request will be prioritised.

9 Licence & Intellectual Property

9.1 What We Grant You

Upon purchasing a Digital Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the purchased files for your personal and commercial content creation. This includes using B-roll footage and templates as part of videos, social media posts, presentations, and similar content that you publish or sell.

9.2 What You May Not Do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the raw source files or templates themselves — whether free or paid.
• Claim ownership of the original intellectual property.
• Use the files in any project that itself sells the files as a product (e.g., a stock media marketplace).
• Transfer or share your Account credentials to allow others to access purchased content.

9.3 Platform Content

All original content on this Platform — including the website design, branding, written content, software, and imagery created by Creator's Truth — is our exclusive property. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to that Content beyond the right to view it during normal use of the Site.

9.4 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or content to us, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use it without obligation to compensate you.

10 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use this Platform or our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including providing false information or impersonating another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or our backend systems.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Platform without our express written consent.
• Use our Growth Services for profiles or content that violates the terms of service of the relevant social media platform in a way that could expose us to legal liability.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or members of our team.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that we, in our sole reasonable discretion, deem harmful or inappropriate.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

11 Third-Party Platforms & External Links

Our Growth Services involve interaction with third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any of these platforms.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

12 Disclaimers & No Warranties

The Platform and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Warranties that any specific results (such as follower counts, engagement rates, virality, or financial outcomes) will be achieved through use of our Growth Services.

Social media algorithms are controlled by third-party platforms and change frequently. Creator's Truth makes no guarantee that engagement delivered through our services will persist, or that your account will not be subject to restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Such outcomes are outside our control.

Results vary by account, niche, posting frequency, content quality, and platform algorithm behaviour. No earnings or growth claims made anywhere on this Platform constitute a guarantee.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creator's Truth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or digital content.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Damage caused by platform bans, shadowbans, demonetisation, or account restrictions imposed by third-party social media platforms.
• Any harm arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or our services.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Creator's Truth in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creator's Truth and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Platform or our services.
• Your violation of this Agreement.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any content you submit to or publish using our services.

15 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy.

• We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Payment card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor.
• We use cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, to collect anonymous analytics data. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in our footer.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and, where practicable, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation. If direct negotiation fails, either party may refer the matter to mediation before resorting to litigation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
