1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Creator's Truth. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products (including Video Vaults and Canva Templates), or subscribing to our Auto Growth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services & Delivery Policy

Digital Products: Creator's Truth provides digital assets including B-roll video packs, Canva templates, and strategy guides. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download or view these assets via your secure Account Dashboard. Delivery is considered complete the moment access is granted.

Auto Growth Subscriptions: We offer automated social media engagement services. Upon subscription activation, delivery of services begins within 24-48 hours and is fulfilled continuously on an ongoing basis according to your chosen billing cycle.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Digital Assets (Downloads/Vaults): Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of Video Vaults, templates, and digital guides are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Subscriptions: Auto Growth subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If an engagement order fails to deliver due to our system error, contact support for a credit or resolution.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Account Dashboard and navigating to the Subscriptions tab. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

We value your privacy. We collect only the personal information necessary to process your transactions and manage your account (such as name, email, and social handles). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All payment processing is handled securely by certified third-party payment gateways and we do not store your raw credit card information on our servers.

6. Use License & Intellectual Property

Our digital assets are provided under a limited, non-exclusive license for your personal and commercial content creation. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw files or templates;
• Claim ownership of the raw intellectual property;
• Transfer your account access to another person.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Social media algorithms are managed by third-party platforms. Creator's Truth does not guarantee specific viral outcomes, follower counts, or financial success. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any platform actions (including bans, shadowbans, or content removal) taken against your accounts. Services are provided "as is".
